Privacy notice
Masonsbridge Logistics Enterprises handles personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Sender and receiver names, phone numbers, email and delivery addresses.
- Shipment details, documents you upload, and payment records.
- Referral codes used, and messages you send us.
Why we use it
- To accept, move, track and deliver your shipment, and to tell you and your receiver about its progress by SMS and email.
- To issue invoices and receipts and keep the financial records the law requires.
- To send service updates, and promotional messages only where you have agreed to them.
Who we share it with
Partner carriers that handle a leg of your shipment, our payment provider, and SMS and email providers, only as far as each needs. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to info@masonsbridgelogistics.com.
Terms of carriage
- A booking is a request until a branch accepts it and confirms the price.
- You must describe the goods accurately. Restricted items need the right permits, and we may decline any shipment.
- Delivery estimates are given in good faith and depend on route, cargo and customs requirements.
- Pay-on-delivery shipments are released once payment is received.
- Report damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery. Liability is limited to the declared value unless agreed otherwise in writing.
