§01 — Capabilities

Six services, one point of contact.

Whether it is one carton leaving Ikeja or a full container from Apapa, you talk to one branch and the paperwork moves with your cargo.

  1. 01 / Service

    Freight forwarding

Sea and air import and export, planned around what you are shipping and when it has to land. One contact, from port booking to delivery.

  2. 02 / Service

    Customs clearance

FCL, LCL and bulk cargo cleared at Apapa, Tin Can and the inland dry ports. Documents checked before your cargo moves, not after.

  3. 03 / Service

    Dispatch & interstate delivery

Door-to-door, door-to-branch and interstate haulage, including the long Lagos–Maiduguri corridor. Pick-up by dispatch or drop-off at a branch — your call.

  4. 04 / Service

    FCL, LCL & bulk cargo

Fill a container, share one, or move bulk cargo with the right equipment and the right handling plan at both ends.

  5. 05 / Service

    Warehousing

Secure storage while documents clear, between legs, or until your receiver is ready to collect. Logged in, logged out, nothing walks.

  6. 06 / Service

    Import & export consultancy

Plain-English guidance on duties, documents and procedures before you commit a cent — so the first shipment is not the one that teaches you.

§02 — In operation

The work, in frame.

A port, a yard, a warehouse — the same chain of custody holds across all three.

03 · In the warehouse

Secure storage between legs. Every parcel logged in, logged out, and never left guessing.

§03 — The Masonsbridge Method

Five steps from booking to collection.

No phone tag. No guessing where your goods are. No awkward call to the receiver asking if it arrived.

  1. Step 01

    Book

Open the form and describe your shipment in about two minutes. No account and no deposit. Pay online once your price is confirmed, or on delivery.

  2. Step 02

    Confirm

The nearest branch reviews your booking, checks the documents, and sends you a confirmed price along with your tracking number.

  3. Step 03

    Collect or drop

Our dispatch team picks up from your address, or you bring it to the branch. Either way, your cargo is logged the moment we have it.

  4. Step 04

    Move & clear

We handle the transport and, where it applies, customs at Apapa, Tin Can or your inland port. The tracking updates as it moves.

  5. Step 05

    Hand over

When your shipment arrives at the destination branch, you and your receiver get an email and SMS the moment it lands.

Automatic email and SMS when it arrives.

You and your receiver are notified the moment the shipment lands at the destination branch — so nobody has to keep calling to ask.

§04 — Live tracking

Where is my shipment?

Enter your tracking number to see its latest status. You will find it in your booking confirmation and on your QR code.

Try (in transit) or the number from your own booking.

§05 — Our commitments

Six promises we make, every shipment.

No fictional stats. No made-up awards. Just the operating standards we hold ourselves to.

Transparent tracking

You see every status change from booking to delivery. No calls to confirm your cargo is still on route.

Online booking, any hour

Book when it suits you. Your branch picks it up when it opens, and tells you what happens next.

Clear invoices & receipts

Know what you are paying for, with a record on every shipment. No fuzzy fees added at the gate.

A real branch network

Real people at a real address you can visit, call or message. Not a chat window and a phone that never answers.

Partner coverage

Trusted carriers and clearing partners extend our reach where we do not have a branch of our own yet.

Secure handling

Your goods are logged at every handover. One manifest, one chain of custody, from gate to door.

§06 — The branch network

Find your nearest branch.

Drop your cargo, ask a question, or book a pick-up from the branch closest to you.

Referral programme

Know someone who ships? Send them our way.

Share your personal referral link. When a friend or business books with us using it, you earn a 5% credit on your next shipment, every time.

§07 — Common questions

Questions we hear most.

How does booking work?
Fill in the online booking form — about two minutes, no account needed. The nearest branch reviews it, confirms the details and price, and sends you your tracking number.
What can I ship with Masonsbridge?
General cargo, commercial goods, containers (FCL and LCL) and bulk cargo. Some items are restricted or need permits, so tell us what you’re shipping and the branch will confirm what’s required.
How does tracking work?
Every shipment has a tracking number and a QR code. Enter it in the Track section to see its status at any time: Booked, Accepted, Picked up, In transit, Arrived, Delivered. You and your receiver also get an email and SMS when it arrives.
What are the payment options?
Choose pay online or pay on delivery when you book. Your branch confirms which option applies to your shipment.
Should I choose pick-up or drop-off?
Choose pick-up and our dispatch team collects from your address. Or drop your goods at your nearest branch — no pick-up to arrange. Either way, you track the same way.
How long does delivery take, for example from Lagos to Maiduguri?
It depends on the route, the cargo type and any customs requirements. The branch gives you an estimate when it accepts your booking, so you plan with a real answer rather than a guess.
How do I contact a branch?
Each branch’s address, phone and opening hours are in the Branches section above. You can also message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form.
§08 — Ready when you are

Ship with people who pick up the phone.

Open the booking form, ask for a quote, or message a branch directly on WhatsApp. We’ll take it from there.
